Warwick was founded in 1642 after Samuel Gorton purchased the land from the native Narragansett chief. The founder's intent was to build a haven for religious freedom and tolerance. Warwick would even play a major role in the American Revolution in 1772, as it was here that the first blood was spilled during the war.

Whatever your reasons for visiting this vibrant city, it's important that you find the right hotel that allows you to enjoy everything Warwick has to offer.
