My wife and I chose Auburn Hills for our honeymoon and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites for our stay. From checkin to checkout we received outstanding service from a warm, friendly staff. The entire property was clean and well managed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Daily room service was consistently great. The daily breakfast was one the best we have ever enjoyed. Variety and quality of food was amazing. It was run daily by a young lady ,May, who did one of the best jobs of stocking and keeping the area clean we have ever witnessed. Our whole experience that week was wonderful and we will recommend the property to everyone. A five star experience for a very important life occasion.

The hotel was very clean and the employees and manager were really nice. The room itself was fantastic, the bed and pillows were the best! There is a black out screen on the window that made the room very dark and great for sleeping. We didn't hear anything from other rooms or the hallway. We had an excellent night of sleep. The breakfast was on point as well.

We continue to uphold our already high standards of cleanliness and have added additional measures in response to COVID-19. Every guest room is disinfected and cleaned thoroughly using chemicals from PPG and Ecolab. Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guests’ room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes and thermostats have also been implemented. Clean and clean again: The frequency of the cleaning in all hotel common areas has been increased and the staffing levels have been doubled to ensure we can maintain the level of disinfecting necessary. De-cluttering: We have been removing unnecessary items from guest rooms and hotel common areas to minimize the risk of contaminated surfaces. Developed and implemented a daily screening program for all staff. Each team member must pass a set of questions directed towards COVID-19 symptoms.
