Idon't remember the rooms having hardwood floors. Acoustics are terrible. You can hear everything going on next room over. I thought people were moving furniture or lifting weights. I know you can't control this but 8/10/24 at 2:30 am two drunk men walking down the halls talking so loud it woke us up. Second day room wasn't cleaned, we had no sign to put out so the room would be cleaned. I thought maybe it would have been cleaned. Went to the desk and got clean towels and they gave us one sheet ! Next day room was cleaned. Paying the price we pay for the room was irritating not to have the room cleaned.Wanted to us AARP but because we booked with a 3rd party they wouldn't let us use it. When I brought the motel up on the computer I called the number not knowing it was a 3rd party. We always stay at Best Western.
