I will never again stay at a Hampton Inn again. That had to be the worst experience and lack of respect for another human being that I have ever seen. The desk clerk and General Manager was a true example of the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. They truly need to find another line of work. I have never seen anyone raise their voice so loud that she could be heard outside. She paced all over that lobby crying and yell things that was so inappropriate, then had the gall to say we was doing all the yelling. She left us standing at the desk, went to the back office complaining to manager for over 30 minutes. When she final came out she did not even acknowledge we were there until she told us the general manager said we had to leave. And oh by the way when we called to speak to the GM her hung up on my Son in Law. You can bet that every opportunity I get I will let everyone I know of the horrible EXPERIENCE. We came to the area for a wedding, so over 500 people attending heard about the horror of Hampton Inn in Waynesboro and that does include of town of Millen and Stateboro. I'm expecting your organization to be issue a credit to my account for this the three night we had reserved but did not stay.
