Thankfully the front desk agent on Saturday was able to find a bottle of sunscreen that I was able to use out at the pool! It seems strange that neither hotel would carry sunscreen in their pantry. The young woman who worked the front desk on Sunday morning could be more customer centric. When I tried calling the front desk several times, nobody answered. I can understand that one person is kept busy; however, I called at a variety of times. When we went down to check out, we waited for at least 15 minutes because there was nobody at the front desk. We tried breakfast each morning and it was ok, the eggs were horrible. The only reason why I went the second day was because the coffee was good!

Overall, we really enjoyed our room and the hotel. The fitness center is quite small for such a large hotel. And the breakfast room is set up very poorly it is difficult to move around the food service lines.
