We always stay at the Hampton Inn in Paragould when we come in for family visits. They rooms are nice, all of the employees are super nice, friendly and helpful if you need something. They have a full breakfast that is always good as well. I wouldn't stop anywhere else.

What hotel runs out of plates? Could of sent someone across the street to get some. Front desk person on the 8th needs some training in customer service. Breakfast dishes and coffee were not refilled on the 7th of July. Attendant acted like she didn't know what to do. My family had 8 rooms reserved. We have stated here often and it has always been great. Very disappointed with this stay. You need to send someone from corporate to check it out.
