If you're going to the track and casino or in Batavia for whatever reason, the Downs Hotel will give you what you need in a hotel room. There is good space in the room and bath, supplies are waiting for you and it is a nice, updated room. For a small town in a pretty isolated part of upstate NY, this place gets my recommendation. If you'll be there during the racing season, ask for a track view.
