After a $250 million redevelopment, the property opened its doors as the 1 Hotel South Beach in March 2015. We operate on a very simple premise: nature is beautiful and we want to keep it that way. We create the most sustainable, beautiful, inspiring hotel experiences.Some highlights of the property include:-426 guestrooms, including 170 suites-25,000 square feet of indoor meeting space-75,000 square feet of outdoor event space-6,500 square foot ballroom featuring a unique living green wall-11 Breakout rooms-4 pools, including a rooftop pool deck and lounge-7 Dining outlets - house cars
