West Coast adventure, romance & retreat venue. We have been the "heart" of Galiano Island for many years, home to weddings, special events and memorable celebrations.
Our award-winning restaurant is the only oceanfront casual fine dining restaurant on Galiano: stone fireplace, windows everywhere to view the water and gardens, wrought iron, First Nations art and polished wood floors. And then there's the food and wine!! All fantastic under the guidance of our long time partnership with Chef Dean Hillier and Restaurant Manager Amy Laird.
Our Madrona del Mar Spa is set overlooking the ocean beach: enjoy a "pedicure with a view" or a natural Blueberry Body Polish (made fresh for you), or a variety of Couples massage treatments in our Garden Waterfall Cottage. Our Flotation Therapy experience is soothing, unique, and healing. Under the direction of Seonaid Renwick-Shields.
In keeping with the natural setting on Galiano, our Flores del Iris Gardens are a beautiful place to sit and unwind after the day.
Our Glass Garden room is host to retreats, yoga retreats and regular Nia classes. French doors in a glass surround give views of the gardens from every angle.
A fleet of Smart Cars is available for rent, or as part of packages.
Located on Galiano Island near Vancouver and Victoria - we are only 1 hour from each by direct ferry, with a 6 minute walk from the ferry to the gates of our resort. Coming from Seattle? We are an easy connection via highway and ferry....or fly with a regularly scheduled sea plane service for any of these routes.

Pets are allowed only in one of two pet-friendly accommodations: one Oceanfront Queen room, and one Oceanfront Villa suite. A pet fee of $50 per stay is required.
