My room was smelly with stained carpets, broken floor lamp and several outlets not working. The lobby was outdated with dirty tile floors. Even worse was the unprofessional front desk staff with attitudes that shouldn't represent the Hilton organization I've been an owner with for over 25 years. You have to do better than this.

Everything was great. The staff, the rooms, the food, the cleanliness. Wish I could take this hotel and staff and place it everywhere I go. This hotel set a standard. After a nightmare with Delta flights the Hilton Garden Inn made everything smooth and were very accommodating.
