Peru area is rich in hospitality from our quaint local shops to the area restaurants. Historical Peru is just minutes from the Hegler Carus Mansion and I-M Canal Boat Tour. The Hampton Inn - Suites Peru is located within 20 minutes from 4 state parks. If you are looking to relax take the time to fish some of the area lakes hike the hills and canyons of the state parks or even take a historical tour by horseback. The Illinois Valley has several golf courses in the area along with acres of local wineries.
