My stay did not disappoint. Linens, floor, furniture all were clean to my liking.

The pool was filty. The acess to lobby was littered with sawdust and construction debris. The desk did not have the proper info from the Priceline Booking service that my call for reservations was routed thru. The room with two double beds was not wha was requested and the desk did not have my Honors number and wes had requested a handicap accessible room as well. Ice machine was at opposite end of the hall we were on and hard to access. The one elevator was extremity slow. Having been a Diamond member in the past now makes me relook at future potential use of Hilton. Had to purchase water at a local vendor. QUESTIONS Call me.
