Hotel Receptionist Salman was extremely welcoming and accommodating. He made everything easy for me, even went above and beyond for me without me even asking. He gets a 10/10. Will be staying at more Marriot properties and hope to re-visit Chicago Marriot Naperville because of how he treated me. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Thank you Salman for the exceptional customer service.
