The hotels outside and inside were great, with a few kinks (beds very uncomfortable, construction, keycard pad to MY room was missing cover). The only other thing I disliked and it wasn't anything to do with the hotel, was the alarming amount of homelessness near and around the hotel.

Property Description
Modern décor, deluxe bedding, and spa-inspired bathrooms provide the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Guest rooms at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites come standard with all of the amenities and spaciousness you'd expect in a premium hotel. High-speed internet, coffee, and morning paper are included.Under our roof we have 2 restaurants, a full service Starbucks, and our Gift Shop. Our downtown location is great for the people that want to view Kalamazoo! Close to all the major attractions including the 20+ golf courses and 30+ bars / restaurants. Our hotel is very easy to located off of I-94 or US 131!!
