Everyone that we ran into were very helpful and very kind. Room was clean. My room was overlooking the liquor store roof, so the view wasn't spectacular, but it was quite! I actually needed quiet over a view 😉 We were here.

Outside doors don't lock without some effort so they are frequently unlocked! Rugs not vacuumed, tables and cabinets not cleaned off!

This hotel is worse than any Motel 6. Filthy, no hot water, drapes hanging off the wall. Filthy room, toilet seat not secured, sink faucet not secured, they mentioned a gym you hop on the treadmill you get two minutes and it shuts off. Do not stay in this hotel. They charge us $268 I'm going to try and get some money back.

Recently renovated, Quality Inn & Suites is close by many restaurants, fast food places and close the Merle Hay Mall. This make us prime location and we are right off I-80.Our staff make sure that all of our guest have a good stay and we offer:- Free hot breakfast everyday- Indoor heated pool for our registered guest- Free parking- Free WiFi- Fitness Center- 24 hour business center- Guest laundry on site- Daily housekeeping- All rooms have flat screen tv's, microwaves and refrigerators
