We were already stressed because of a daughter in Hershey medical and needing to stay somewhere while she was in the hospital and the clerk when we went to check in was rude and unfriendly. We didn't even stay. We canceled the reservation and went to the days inn.

The room was large with two queen beds. Clean bathroom and hot water. The location is ideal for the Hershey Medical Center. The front desk clerk was extremely polite and very helpful. I would recommend staying here.
