Loud noise from upstairs bar, but room was quiet. Hair dryer didn't work but ask and received a new one quickly. The pool wasn't available to us as they had rented it out to a kids group. Otherwise, it was just a place to lay our heads at night.

There are several hotels in this area of Brooklyn but this one is the newest and best! My main comment is that they are not stingy. By this I mean that grace is overflowing, from the free bottles of water to the employees' friendliness and willingness to make your stay pleasant.

Due to an error on my part, I had to move rooms. The staff was very accommodating and offered to move our bags to the new room so that we could start our day before the new room was ready. This was so helpful!
