Rooms were clean but in need of demolition. Moved twice, once after falling asleep. Room heat was stifling and clooling blew hot air. Plumbing was slow and effective only after multiple flushes. (not to worry, they are upgrading plumbing on 2ndfloor we were on 1st) TV in neither room allowed channel changes. Toilet seat was pitted. Breakfast was less than average. Based on this will never go back to Red Roof Inn.

Red Roof Inn in Ames is located East of Iowa State University off Hwy 30. Our hotel has been completely renovated with a new elevator and new furniture and mattresses. We have a great staff and make our customers feel like it's their second home. We are conveniently located near ISU and offer a complimentary breakfast and free high speed internet.
