We visited our son and were coming from previous unpleasant stays thru VRBO originally. We were looking forward to the swimming pool time, spending quality time with son in military. As far as staff is concerned you have some amazing super hard workers. I hope they realize how much that is appreciated. One thing that was a disappointment was we for two nights and days in row dealt with huge family that showed up at pool. It seemed like they took over and were only visiting family in hotel. Even late evening we tried to get time in. Perhaps a time for adult swim only could be implemented to discourage like 20 kids screaming, jumping taking over that were not actually guests???. That would be my only complaint. On Sunday had pool to ourselves yet other days not even a chance to enjoy much.
