Bedroom was clean and well maintained. Coffee, tea, water, fridge, bathroom toiletries well stocked. No noise disturbance in spite of being next to Heathrow runway! Lunch and dinner buffets very good with plenty of healthy options. Staff were all cheery and helpful.
