Your hotel is lovely, but for the price paid, I think we should have had our telephone fixed after three contacts with the front desk. Fortunately, I met Mitch near the end of our stay and if I'd talked to him earlier, I'm sure the phone would have been fixed promptly. (It was never repaired while we were there.) He was of great assistance to us in locating local friends when I lost my phone list. Veronica also helpful. The room was all right, but I've been in less fancy hotels with more extras, i.e. water bottles, nice little bottles of hand lotion (ours was thick and not pourable.) My complaints are minor and thanks to Mitch, our days went smoothly.

This is where at Eloise moved after The Plaza closed in New York. This is old and New World charm at its best. The service is impeccable. Make sure you get to see the rest of Denver. There are lots of good places to eat in Denver, but you just stay home at the Brown Palace for breakfast, lunch tea and dinner.
