I want to recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing! I arrived from a very long travel day and was comped breakfast simply because the front desk person saw how exhausted I was and wanted to offer me something to help me settle in. I also had a great experience with the staff in the restaurant and from the room cleaning crew. Excellent service and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend!

This hotel has the potential to be very nice, but several issues came up. This was the worst designed roll in shower I have ever seen. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and hallway without building a dam of towels. Even then Water went all over the bathroom. Second issue was the A/C. It kept going out during the night and the room would get very hot. Third the placement of grab bars was poor. As I mentioned, potential is there but maintenance and design issues made this not a pleasant stay. This ranks as one of the worst Sheraton properties I've stayed at. Would not go back to this property.

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig (pods and tea). There were beverage machines and ice on each floor. The restaurant served a nice dinner. The exercise room and swimming pool were appealing. The staff was excellent with Kudos to Austen.
