I arrived to checkin approximately at 3:27pm, enter the room and it wasn't ready, still dirty from previous customers. They assigned me to another room, trying not to be that customer so I didn't complain, the bathroom floor tile had several cracks and was half cleaned. The refrigerator was not working properly, could not adjust temperature so everything was freezing. Got through the first night. The next morning the cleaning person, just tried to enter the room without knocking… no privacy. I was able to stop him before entering. We only wanted towels( but we had to make sure to give him the other towels before we could get the clean ones). Now this is the part that really took me over the edge. So we have made it to Sunday, the day before check out. I purposely went to the front desk and requested that the room would be cleaned and to make sure we had fresh towels since I knew we would be gone most of the day. When we returned to the room approximately at 9:30pm, our room had not been serviced, no clean towels, no fresh linen, garbage not pulled, bathroom not cleaned. So I go down to the front desk and the young lady shows me a sheet that says that room had been cleaned. I explained that I didn't care what was written on the paper, no one had serviced the room. The problem is “ don't say you are going to do something and don't… if you can't do it say you can't! I ended up cleaning my room myself.. but thanks for at least allowing me to have some towels. I took a video of the room before I left because of the $50 incidental charge, that they said wouldn't be refunded until they inspected the room to make sure nothing was damaged or stolen. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. So Excellent customer service isn't important to them. I frequent the area quite often, but I must say that I won't be back nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone else. I have booked this hotel before this change of management… NEVER AGAIN! Honestly if I could give them a zero I would!
