From the time we drove up to the time we left two days later, the service was bar none. The greetings from the valet attendants, to the assistance with our luggage, to the reservation desk, to the request for extra towels, we were treated with such courtesy, as though all staff went to work with just us in mind. This hotel was very accommodating. They provided a crib. Extra towels. It's non smoking and everything was fresh and clean. I loved my stay. We were on the 14th floor. Beautiful city view. My family and I utilized the pool and walked the beautiful landscape (my kids called it the backyard forest). All in all, I would come back and I would recommend this hotel to others.
