Somehow I made a mistake in booking and secured a room too small for my mother and I. The mistake was mine but John and Michael went out of their way to correct the situation and give us a tremendous stay. Our room was luxurious. The hotel itself and fitness center were immaculate. We felt at home and the attentive friendly staff was so refreshing. I travel quite a bit w/my husband and have decided to give our loyalty to Marriott!
