I stay in this place every time I travel to Boston because it is not far from the airport and the service is usually good. Good front desk staff, very responsive housekeeping people and the kitchen is nice.

The staff were all super nice, but this place isn't like any of the other ramadas I have stayed in. The hallway had a slight mildew smell. It looked very outdated on the inside. Also, pool wasn't open when I went. The rooms seem a lot smaller than the other ramadas I've stayed in. Quite honestly, the fear of bedbugs crossed my mind when entering the hotel room. The room had a “window “ that looked into the indoor hallway instead of outside which I thought was odd. Not exactly worth the $160+ I paid for the night plus the parking fee.

For a high priced hotel they had small sample size shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Initially it looks like a motel that has been painted too many times, the room numbers and elevator were not marked well.

Oliver helped us get our reservation straight and directing to places we needed to be. The rooms could be updated a little and we really needed a microwave but other then that it was great.

This is the seventh time I have stayed here for the Boston Marathon. The breakfast buffet was always good with plenty of food and coffee. The transportation for the runners to the T was good on race day. I made the reservation and spoke with Stephanie on Feb. 10th and she was so VERY helpful and patient.
