Overall, the stay was great. Some of the restaurants were closed to a private event. And the beds need to be upgraded.You can feel the springs in the mattress.

My fiancé and I were in the area for a concert. The venue was across the street. We chose to stay at Hollywood Casino due to it's proximity. The online booking was easy and our room was ready even though we arrived two hours before check in. Everything was clean and orderly throughout the hotel and casino. We ate Auntie Anne's and had a few drinks at the bar during our stay. We didn't have to get in the truck from the time we arrived until we left the next day. Very, very convenient. We will be watching for future concerts at that venue just to utilize the Hollywood Casino & Hotel!
