We are committed to caring for our guests, we know that when you visit safety is a top concern. We would like to share some information about Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment. Rooms are left vacant for at least 24 hours after a guest checks out, as business levels permit. We replace all linens, terries & soaps. Wipe down all surfaces using peroxide cleaner that has 45 second dwell time to kill COVID-19. Housekeepers wear masks and gloves, changing gloves when going from dirty to clean surfaces. Full deep clean includes vacuum & cleaning of all surfaces & areas. Service is every third day or as requested to reduce staff exposure. Guest interaction with Team members is required to remain 6 feet from guests whenever possible. Masks worn at all times. Signs encourage guests to do the same. Cleaning: Enhanced/ special attention of surfaces in High Traffic areas. - Two individuals are assigned to cleaning high traffic areas frequently. All areas are fully cleaned multiple times per day.
