I booked my accomodation with a 3rd party and that company never paid the hotel for my booking so my reservation was cancelled. I didn't know anything until I went to check in. They explained the situation and were very accommodating. I had to pay the hotel directly but they gave us a free upgrade because they were almost at full capacity. Staff were all very friendly and buffet breakfast was great.
