Basically I inadvertently selected the wrong dates but after reaching out was unable to cancel the reservation in a timely manner. As we did not even stay in the hotel but were charged $300 my review of your service will have to be negative. If you would like to rectify this situation you have my email. I now do not want to reschedule the reservation because this incident has left a very bad impression.

Cleaning Policies
Front desk is responsible for sanitizing the desk each time a guest checks in. Also front desk is required to wear a mask at all times when dealing with guests directly. Every shift but wipe down the phones, keyboards, etc to keep their team members safe. All other departments are required to wear a mask, housekeeping is sanitizing rooms daily. We are only serving wrapped pastries, muffins, bagels, cereal and yogurts until further notice. We also are required to keep the fitness center and pool area closed until further notice. We have taken out laundry receipts, notepads and pens in the room to eliminate spread of germs.
