The Royce Hotel is a chic 5 star designer boutique hotel with an edge. The hotel is located next to the beautiful historic grounds of Melbourne Grammar and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Perfect for business and leisure travelers.Fawkner Park & Tennis Courts and Albert Park Lake & Golf Course are within walking distance. Melbourne's theatre district, Federation Square, NGV, Arts Centre, Southbank, CBD, Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and the fashionable Chapel Street are all within a short tram ride. The hotel offers 100 modern contemporary rooms and suites, some room types offer furnished balconies. The guest rooms (Superior Deluxe, Superior Balcony, Executive Room, Premier Suite, Mezzanine Loft Suite, Royal Suite) have designer furnishings, Italian marble bathrooms, CD Players, many with IPod doc and offer panoramic views and some with bath spa with LCD screens.
