The hotel was right on the beach. Had good view of the lake from the room. The check in person was nice and made sure that we got a room without any trees obstructing the view. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and the fixtures were modern. Would recommend this.

The property is nestled right on the shores of the Lake, amidst the energy of the City of South Lake Tahoe and conveniently located 1.5 miles to the South Shore Stateline casinos, shops, restaurants and Heavenly Ski Resort. We strive to provide an atmosphere that promotes relaxation, while still maintaining a sense of the funky style for which South Lake Tahoe is famed. Each of our 260 recently upgraded rooms are comfortably furnished and warmly decorated, inspired by the beauty of our natural surroundings. All rooms feature complimentary Starbucks coffee, Wi-Fi, 42” flat screen TV, a IPhone/Pod docking station, a gas fireplace, air conditioning and a private balcony or patio allowing you to enjoy the area's best sunset with a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate. The property features a 24-hour Front desk, laundry facilities and two on-site restaurants and bars. In the summer months the property features an outdoor swimming pool, Beach Tiki bar, Beach Club rentals and a marina with boating, jet skis, kayaking, sailing, parasailing and boat docking rentals.
