Please remember the name of a reception lady: Timethy. My wife had been admitted to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute on an emergency basis. Springfield Suites was recommended. When my wife, Terry, was settled in and comfortable at Bascom, I arrived at the hotel and Timethy was so understanding and accommodating. The room was excellent. If shopping is your passion, go ahead, hit the stores at Bayside Marketplace, or perhaps you prefer to unwind at the beach, Miami South Beach that is, less than 15 minutes away.
