I booked two rooms for one night the 11th checking out on the 12th. We were there for the Burke family funeral and was told the room rate was 129 for night. I was told I could not get that rate because it should have been booked by July 3rd. I really feel like I was overcharged really. The desk clock there said she could not help me out as far as a lesser price because I had booked through a third party. I actually asked if I was talking to the hotel in Roanoke and he said yes ma'am.

Modern hotel. Stayed here one night with my adult daughter who had business at nearby Carillion Medical Center and we liked the proximity. Staff was superb. During the evening I needed some things in my room and they went out of their way to help. I would stay here again in an instant. Very nice breakfast as well. First class.
