Park Point Marina Inn is Duluth's #1 award winning waterfront hotel resort. Our resort is located only 50 feet from the water's edge and designed to have the perfect vantage point to watch ships and overlook Duluth's scenic harbor. With 63 out of 68 deluxe rooms having private balconies, you will have a great spot to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are a 3 Diamond Resort and a numerous year Certificate of Excellence National Award Winner. As a National GreenLeaders Award Winner, all guest rooms are eco-friendly certified. Stay with us as we are only 1 block away from Park Point Beach and 4 blocks away from Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge, making us centrally located to most of Duluth's favorite attractions. Don't want to walk 4 blocks, no worries because we have a complimentary shuttle schedule to Canal Park for our guests. Besides the shuttle service, other resort amenities are a seasonal s'mores bar, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor gas fire table, 24-hour fitness center, gift shop, and two banquet/meeting rooms. Our complimentary hot breakfast buffet features waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes. We recycle in all departments and use some office products that are made from recycled materials. We also have chemical free lawn care.Lastly, guest rooms contain informational signage for sheet and towel changing procedures to reduce energy consumption. Our towel and bedding program encourages guests to participate with us to reduce washing and laundering unnecessary items. Energy conservation sensors are in each room to automatically turn off lights and power to certain outlets to reduce energy. This reduces consumption beyond 30% when the room is not occupied. Energy efficient faucets, toilets, and shower heads reduce guest water consumption by a third. All guest rooms have computer controlled air conditioners and heaters. Recyclable containers are in each room so that aluminum, paper, and glass can be recycled through our hotel wide recycling program. Artwork provided by a local artist reduced shipping energy used and packing materials.
