One of our beds looked as though someone had just been laying on it. Bedspread and pillows, all wrinkled and crunched up. There was a bug in the shower, dog hair on the carpeting and the TV did not work.

I left suggestions at front desk. I'll would have been nice to have four bath towels in room instead of 2. Would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper. The front desk button on the room phone said “invalid extension.” We could not reach front desk from room.

Welcome to the Fairfield Inn & Suites of Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Our seventy-four room property has been newly renovated within the last two years to a completely non-smoking property. Our rooms feature pillow-top mattresses in every room to help you get a good night's sleep. On site we feature an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi for our guests to relax in. Our guests can enjoy our complimentary breakfast featuring hot Belgian waffles, fresh bagels, yogurt, and many other of your continental breakfast favorites. Located in the lobby area is our business center for our on-the-go business travelers to access at their convenience, and our wonderful staff can help with any needs our guests may have in reaching either their destination or for making their stay more comfortable.
