Hotel was in total disrepair. When manager told me I could cancel the reservation with full refund. Called their line to update the info found out they charged me twice what the quoted rate was. They told me tough no refund. Then they said I would get a voucher for that hotel. REALLY! After being treated that way I want my money back. Don't go to Laquinta or us there reservation line.

The service was good as advertised. I experienced no unpleasant situation, I had the most pleasant and kind lady at the front desk who was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The room was nice and clean. I had a pleasant stay, no complaints.
