The wife and I only stayed a few days but we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone there was pleasant and ready to help in any way. Truly five star. We are seniors and have traveled widely (here and abroad) and this hotel was an absolute pleasure. Everything was clean and comfortable and the architecture was astounding. We love older buildings (no plastic). It was like stepping back in time a little. Love it. Please, never change a thing for the more "modern". The atmosphere was perfect and when we find ourselves in Rapid City S.D. again we will not stay anywhere else.
