Villa Quiete was built in the late 18th century by the nobleman Domenico Perozzi, as a gentlemen's residence to be used as a meeting place and refreshment stop for hunting parties.The size of the building and its wonderful surroundings made the elegant house ideal for transformation into a refined hotel. Located in the extensive park of over 20.000 sq.m, Villa Quiete has also a pool where you can relax. The hotel presents 2 suite, 2 junior suite and 29 rooms all with private bathrooms, tv color, mini bar, airconditioning , safe-deposit box, free wi-fi and direct telephone.Our restaurant Rossini is located within the hotel and it is dedicated to the famous composer Gioacchino Rossini, who in 1853 wrote a sonnet entitled "Allegretto" for the Countess Rita Perozzi. Our chefs specialise in traditional Italian and international cuisine, and also local dishes, showcasting quality seasonal produce from our region.The villa has three meeting rooms of various sizes, which can be prepared to comfortably hold 300 delegates. • the SALONE SFERISTERIO can accommodate 200 guests. • the SALA PHILIPPE ARTIAS can accommodate 80 guests. • the SALETTA VIRGILIO GUIDI can accommodate 35 guests.The rooms are equipped with amplification, projector, flip-chart, wi-fi, secretarial services (photocopying, printing, scanning, mastering, word processing, stationery, business cards)The skilled staff is ready to welcome and meet the needs of our guests.
