This hotel has the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The hotel is a bit tired as is the casino. Unfortunately I used a third party hotel reservations group to book my room and they have over charged me and have been difficult to get my money back. Reserve with the hotel!

While the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a refresh, your front desk agent, the woman who checked me in (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was amazingly friendly, welcoming and efficient. She also helped us to find a great restaurant down the street. She really is an asset to your hotel. Great Job!
