The main living area/sleeping area was lovely and clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable…. The bathroom was clean but very very dated and basic compared to the rest of the room I was dreaming of a nice deep bath but it was smaller than my tub at home! The staff and their customer service were above amazing I arrived after a terrible experience at Crown and they could learn a thing or to in customer service from your staff! I think their needs to be security at the door at around 11pm a drug affected member of the public was loitering around the hotel lifts which was very off putting and the female staff whilst great you could see they were uneasy with the situation if not for public safety but merely for the safety of your amazing staff maybe a guard could be present in the lobby for late night. I would recommend your hotel to EVERYONE I know and next time I will ensure my stay is longer so that I can enjoy some of the amenities!
