I battle seven debilitating diseases, one of those being Multiple Sclerosis. I forgot to ask for a handicap room. Barbara at the front desk was extremely busy, checking in guests and answering phone calls. I didn't even realize she had seen me come in with my cane. Barbara went above and beyond to make sure that I got a ground floor room that was handicap accessible. Barbara is five star in my opinion!
