If you take a shower, plan to take a bath. The drains are so clogged, nothing goes down, the toilet wouldn't even flush! My brother stayed in a room down the hall and his toilet was overflowing into the hallway! We also tried ordering room service, we called about five times and no one would answer the phone. Finally when someone answered, she seemed mad that we were ordering at all. Then cleaning service came in while we were still in the room and we told her we didn't need anything as she was taking the garbage can out that she threw it on the floor and stomped out of the room. We were here for two days and the same dirty towels by the pool when we got there, were still there when we left. We paid $600, it definitely wasn't worth that! The only reason I gave it two stars is because the food was good.
