We stayed here last year and it was awesome! Room was really nice and we even got free breakfast. When we checked in this time found out it was under new owners. The room we were put in was not the nicest. Very disappointed in this stay.

I needed a place to just get some sleep and have a bath and Mark Twain took care of both. A nice older place that has been refurbished. The rooms are up to date, comfortable, clean and cool. The Front Desk Clerk who was checking me in had to find a room with a bathtub, but she went out of her way to do it. When I asked for another blanket, she dropped off a nice comforter for the night. If you want a nice quiet place, with no issues, then try the Mark Twain. Only small negative, it is at the end of a quiet street with a closed restaurant on the ground floor. not much around it that was nice, but the parking lot in the back.
