Property Description
The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore is a 363-room property with approximately 30,000 square feet of meeting space. This property is located on I-95, 30 minutes from Downtown Boston on the prestigious North Shore of Boston. The most crucial selling features for the property are the Grand Ballroom, CoCo Key Water Resort and the resort amenities offered. The Grand Ballroom is the largest ballroom outside of Downtown Boston at 10,000 square feet. The size of the ballroom offers an attractive alternative to the city properties for conventions, associations, holiday parties, and social events. In addition, the remaining 20,000 square feet of meeting space is very desirable for breakout rooms, small meetings, exhibit space.
All rooms are king-sized or double-bedded rooms, equipped with dual phone line phone with data port, iron and board, in room coffee maker, hairdryer, movies and a complimentary newspaper delivered daily.
Our on-site fitness center, Atlantis Sports Club, provides the use of state-of-the-art facilities including treadmills, stair climbers, rowers, bikes, nautilus, free weights, aerobics, racquetball, heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam rooms, sunning decks and massages.
