Check in was stressful because I discovered that even though I thought that I called the hotel reservation line direct, at some point my call was highjacked by Expedia. That may not be the hotels' fault, but it wasn't a reason to dismiss my concerns. The employee checking me in turned out to be the best employee I dealt with however and I was grateful for the help with parking that she gave. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee or makeup remover and the desk wouldn't bring or send any up. The next morning at 7:15 there was no coffee in the lobby and when I asked about it the front desk person grudgingly brought some out and set it up without a word of apology or explanation. There was no parking available when I arrived back at the hotel on Tuesday night, so I had to park at the adjacent hotel.
