The entrance, lobby, location and price are grand but the rooms are painfully small and the walls seem very thin evidenced by much road and hallway noise. Staff very friendly and accommodating and breakfast is good. Price is for location only it seems. Much very values else where.

People at check in were great, but rooms need work I got two rooms one had no hot water leaking toilet and the other had had loose shower head. five of the 6 elevators were down during a very busy time. I didn't spend all that money to have to walk the stairs.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay in Cincinnati. The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance from restaurants and event venues. The only complaint is the shower head. Very small and not fitting for this type of hotel. Other than that, it was perfect.

The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, a AAA four-diamond hotel, is one of the world's finest examples of French art deco. The hotel opened in 1931 and is a National Historic Landmark and is a charter member of Historic Hotels of America.
