I didn't really see much of Augusta , since I was only there to see our new born granddaughter 😀 so the hospital there was very nice.
We like the proximity to downtown Augusta and it is a short drive to our son's house in Winthrop.

Augusta is a great place and has everything anyone would need. It is close to Portland but doesn't have the Portland traffic or congestion. We are considering Augusta as one of the places for us to relocate.
