From the pictures you would think you are getting a wonderful hotel with a spectacular view. I paid for a river view room and was only able to see the parking lot trees. Extremely disappointed in the view and the condition of the room. the sink did not drain, the bathroom floor tile was cracked, the bathtub seal had orange mold and the refrigerator which was supposed encased in the cabinetry was pulled out and sitting on the floor.

Our hotel room was booked in Canada, Ontario, then our bill mysteriously is now in USD. We came to the hotel, there was no room for us. If you call 1888 240 4898 you will be charged USD. Please be careful, do not book a room in Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls unless you want a shock of you Life!
