Bed comfortable. Had to wait to check in, not fun after a very long drive. Guide did not work on TV. No bath towels or tissues in bathroom, but clean.

Really nice room, very large and clean. Establishment very quiet. Only complaints: 1) the room was musty in odor, could stand airing out 2) coffee maker was broken upon arrival (they did provide a replacement). Breakfast was simple n expression, but quite reasonable.

The Best Western PLUS Liverpool Grace Inn & Suites is located 3 miles north of Syracuse at exit 37 off the Interstate 90 (New York Thruway). With easy access to Niagara Falls and 1000 Islands. Built in 2003, we have 61 rooms including 12 suites and two rooms with Hot tubs. All rooms are fitted with high-speed Internet access. We offer a free FULL HOT breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, exercise facility, guest laundry and meeting room to accommodate up to 30 persons. With beautiful landscaping and a warm colored interior, it is sure to enchant and captivate the hearts of every guest. What a great place to get away and relax. Our friendly, attentive staff will provide professional service to meet all of your expectations during your stay with us. We are located just minutes from Syracuse University, Hancock Airport, Alliance Bank Stadium, On Center, Landmark Theater, DestiNY USA Shopping Center, Onandaga Lake Park, the State Fairgrounds, and 30 minutes away from Turning Stone Casino in Oneida. Also located in the surrounding area are a variety of restaurants, sports bars, convenience stores, banking, beauty salons, museums and floral shops.
